I created this set of invitation pieces for the 2024 College of Forestry Dean’s Dinner. The pieces are designed on black/white duplex stock and use a gloss varnish and white ink on the black sides. The graphic leaf patterns I sketched out by hand and edited in Illustrator. They are based on forest ground-cover plants and are included in the design as black on white design elements as well as clear gloss on matte black visual effects. The full set of pieces include: a folded invitation with die-cut slits, two insert cards, a return envelope and a containing envelope. This set won a platinum award at the Association of College and University Printers.
